Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Generation LightMode.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Generation LightMode, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Community Participation
Use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Follow our Community Guidelines when posting Glow Drops, messages, prayer requests, comments, or other content.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting it, you grant Generation LightMode permission to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Do not harass others, impersonate people, distribute harmful or illegal material, interfere with platform security, or use the service for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity.
6. Moderation and Termination
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Content is screened automatically before it is published. Separately, when three different members report the same post or status, it is hidden and the account is put on hold pending review by a person. Both are review steps, not final decisions.
7. Appeals
Every moderation decision can be challenged. Open Settings, then Account Status, to see what was removed or hidden and to ask for a review, on a single item or on your account. You have 30 days from a decision. A person reads every request and answers there. If the review goes your way, your content is restored and your account reactivated. You can also write to info@generationlightmode.org from your account address.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep Generation LightMode available and secure, but the platform is provided as available and may change, pause, or experience interruptions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
